Born in 1984 in Ashanti Bekwai, under the lineage of his grandfather Dr. Opoku-Apomah (II), King of Amoafo, Agyekum’s artistic journey was shaped by a deep connection to heritage, storytelling, and the power of visual expression.

His passion for art led him to the Ghanatta College of Art and Design, where he earned a National Diploma in Fine Art, refining his technical skills while developing a distinctive voice in the contemporary art scene.
